Boraie Development Project to Develop Newark City

Boraie Development has put up a great project in Newark together with Shaquille O’Neal. They celebrating the opening of the first high-rise housing project that has never been put in over 50 years in Newark. The housing project will consist of 21 stories, exceptional 169 rental units that sum it up to 184,000 square feet and 20,000 square feet of the entire rental space. The project has been laid along the river of downtown Newark that is formally known as One Rector Street. Most prominent individuals attended the ceremony and they termed the project Shaq Towers. It is one of the newest projects in the Newark city under the fulfillment by Shaq and Boraie. Some of the officials and guests in the occasion included Omar Boraie, Phil Murphy Wasseem, and O’Neal as well as the Newark Mayor Ras Baraka.

 

According to NJBiz, Wasseem Boraie recalled this day as a significant day for the entire Newark. It is a leading example in the modern world in making a great impact in the urban centers. For Boraie, it is not the end of housing projects. They announced a new project in the city of Newark that will be unleashed soon. The project entails a 35-story for mixed use that will be based at the center of McCarter Highway city at the Ironside Newark and Gateway Centre Complex. It will consist of 350 units. The project is worth $150 million as said by O’Neal. The vice president of the Boraie Development declared that they had already begun the project and is hopeful that by the year 2019, the project will have taken great shape. Boraie is assured that this is the time to build and advance Newark City. They passed their gratitude to the mayor Ras Baraka for making it possible for such projects to take shape.
